Tammy Lynn Mulhern, 51, of Wellston, departed this plane Tuesday, February 18, 2020. She was born on September 22, 1968, in Fremont, Ohio, daughter of Gene Mulhern and Minnie (Hollingshead) Salmons. Tammy received a call from higher up, an offer she couldn't refuse. This call came with a huge sign on bonus: a reunion with family members and friends she hasn't seen in a long time.
She did however consider staying here, but with all the appointments and sickness that came with cancer, she decided it was time to move on.
Tammy will now spend her days fishing, mowing the greenest grass, socializing, laughing, not having to share the remote, and looking in on those she left behind.
In addition to her father and mother, Tammy is survived by Jacque Thompson; her daughter, McKaylee Mulhern; sisters, Linda (Bruce) Chesser, Debbie (Alvis) Brown; Amanda Salmons, and Amber Mulhern; brothers, James (Stephanie) Mulhern, William “Cody” Salmons, and Donald Haythe.
Those who waiting for her arrival: Grandparents, Joseph and Beatrice Mulhern; Adam Tetroe and Minnie Hollingshead; stepfather: William “Carl” Salmons; nieces, Shelisa Jean and Brandi Graham, as well as great-niece, Shelisa Raelei; and several aunts, uncles, and many friends.
A funeral service celebrating Tammy’s life will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston. In keeping with Tammy’s wishes cremation will follow.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home also on Sunday two hours prior to the services from 2 to 4 p.m.
