Shawn P. McCarty

Shawn P. McCarty, 41, of Wellston, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019 at his home. He was born in Augsburg, Germany, on September 3, 1977, son of the late James and Deborah (Martin) McCarty. Shawn was a great guy with a good sense of humor. He was always helping others and was a great mechanic. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his family: wife, Vickie; son, Nathan; a brother, Howard (Marie) McCarty; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Shawn was preceded in death by his brother, Casey.

A memorial service, celebrating Shawn’s life will be held at a later date.
