Jerry M. Hudson, Sr.

Jerry Mike Hudson, 76, of Vinton, Passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at the Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. He was born November 25, 1946, in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Lester S. and Margaret (Howe) Hudson.

Jerry was a veteran of the United States Navy and a retired truck driver who enjoyed socializing with his friends and attending their monthly breakfasts. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his son, Jerry (Kristy) Hudson, Jr.; daughter, Janet (Ron) Cox; four grandchildren, Josh, Justin, Cody,  and Brandon; several great-grandchildren; a brother, Frank Hudson; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his twin brother, Gary Hudson.

A graveside service with full military rites celebrating Jerry’s life and service to his Country will be held at the convenience of the family in Ridgewood Cemetery in Wellston.
