Jeremy Roger Coleman

Jeremy Roger Coleman, 36, of Hamden, was called home Tuesday, May 9, 2023. He was born November 16, 1986, in Columbus, Ohio, son of Angela Coleman and David Johnson.  Jeremy loved playing guitar, drawing, learning history and the Bible. He was a great friend and could talk with anyone. He loved his kids, and family was everything to him.

In addition to his parents, Jeremy’s departure from this plane leaves a wife of 15 years, Sheila; three children, Shaelah, Titus, and Kenalyn. He also leaves behind his grandparents who raised him and right before his passing expressed to them his love and thanked them for always being in his life, Betty and Larry Coleman; his favorite aunt, Nicole (Paul) Winkler; cousins, Brandon (Paige) Coleman, Betty Coleman, Daniel and Isaiah Winkler, nieces, Destiny Coleman and Sarah Coleman; best friend and twin brother, Josh Coleman, as well as brothers, James Coleman, and David “DJ” Coleman

Those awaiting Jeremy’s arrival were his first-born daughter, Shelisa, and lifelong friends, Brandi and Jeffrey Graham; and several other friends.

A funeral service celebrating Jeremy’s life will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 West Broadway St., Wellston, with Burley Muncy officiating. Burial will follow in Radcliff Cemetery.

The family will receive friends also on Monday, two hours prior to the funeral, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
