David Mullins Lifestory

David Michael Mullins, 34, of Wellston, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born on July 1, 1986, in Ann Arbor, Michigan son of Chris Grubaugh and Jena Mullins. David was a truly knowledgeable individual. He enjoyed reading, writing, listening to music, and drawing. A “big kid” at heart, he loved playing with his daughter, and his nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, David is survived by his daughter, Jayden Mullins; brother, Anthony (Tesa) Mullins; and his sister, Heather Howell; as well as 6 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A memorial gathering honoring David’s life will be held later at the convenience of his family.
