Bobby C. Pierce, 51, of Hamden, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021, in Hamden. He was born on May 7, 1970, in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Robert Dale Pierce and Margaret Lowe. Bobby was a great guy who liked to have fun and would help anyone in need. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, mowing, doing yardwork, and working on motorcycles or go karts. Most of all, however, he loved spending time with his grandkids, having bon fires and cooking on the grill. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his family: wife, Kim Jayjohn; daughter, Judy Jayjohn (Marty Jarvis); grandchildren: Jaliyah, Levia, and Kingston; brothers, Bill, and Kenny; brothers-in-law, Poogie Jayjohn and Donnie Watters; mother-in-law, Judy Jayjohn Watters; as well as his nephews, Trenton, Travis, Nathan, Donnie, Ira, and Josey; nieces, Chasity and Allie; and cousins, Kim Lowe, and Scott Pierce.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Levi Pierce; brother, Tony; nephew, Ethan; and his brother-in-law., Leon Jayjohn.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 7, 2021, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston, where a funeral service celebrating Bobby’s life will follow commencing at 5:00 p.m, with Pastor Steve Matthews officiating.
