Aimee J. Caudill

Aimee Jessica Caudill, 49, of McArthur, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022, at her home following a hard-fought battle with cancer. She was born August 19, 1972, in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of Dee H. Caudill, who survives, and the late Kathy (Chesser) Caudill. Aimee was a warm-hearted person who had great whit and a wonderful, sarcastic sense of humor. She was very detail oriented in both her professional and personal life: a trait that made her an excellent employee of Knox Insurance for 26 years. Aimee was also involved with many community organizations and prided herself with helping others whenever and wherever she was able. She will be greatly missed by many.

She is survived by her loving family: father, Dee (Christine) Caudill of Hamden; sister, Andrea Caudill of McArthur; brother, Matthew (Shannon) Caudill of Newark; nieces, Emma, and Leah Caudill; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, coworkers, special friends, and her cat, Libby.

In addition to her mother, Kathy, Aimee was preceded in death by her sister, Courtney Caudill.

In keeping with Aimee’s wishes her body will be cremated and no services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Aimee’s name may be made to the Courtney Caudill Memorial Scholarship, Vinton County Scholarship Foundation, C/O the Vinton County Local Schools, 307 West High Street, McArthur, Ohio 45651.
