Wanda Nicole Moore

Wanda Nicole Moore, 35, of Jackson, passed away on August 7, 2025, at her home due to natural causes. She was born September 15, 1989, in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of Todd Moore and the late Bonnie (Dowler) Belcher. Wanda Nicole was a 2008 graduate of Jackson High School and spent most of her vocation working with people with intellectual disabilities. She currently worked with Initial Independence. In her free time, Wanda enjoyed crafting, especially crocheting, building mini doll houses and working on diamond paintings. Most of all, however, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

She leaves behind her seven-year-old daughter, Jordyn Moore; fiancé and soul mate, Richard Dawson; father, Todd (Mandy) Moore; brothers, Dustin Belcher, and Todd and Larry Moore; maternal aunt, Ruth Butler and Uncle Cliff; beloved and cherished uncle and aunt Todd and Carla Stambaugh; other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as special and longtime friends, Erica Oiler and Jaiden Ousley and family; and adopted in laws, Don and Susan Morgan.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Belcher; paternal grandfather, Frank Moore and maternal grandparents, Clifford and Wanda Dowler.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 West Broadway St., Wellston, where a funeral service celebrating Nicole’s life will follow commencing at 1 p.m., with Pastor Wade Swickard officiating.

In keeping with Nicole’s wishes cremation will follow the services.
