Sandra Knox

Sandra “Sandy” Marie Knox, 47, of McArthur, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born February 5, 1975, to Frank Cantrell, who survives and the late Phyllis Cantrell. Sandy was a 1993 graduate of Vinton County High School. She received her nursing degree from Hocking College. Sandy enjoyed going fishing and kayaking in the summertime during the day and having campfires at night.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her three children, Brandon Cantrell of McArthur, Adam Caudill of Louisville Kentucky, and Callie (Colton Hale) Caudill of McArthur; her grandchildren, Colton Cantrell, Maddox Cantrell, and Cash Hale; Sisters, Jamie Burke of Jenkins, Kentucky, and Kayla (Quintin Rhodes) Cantrell of Hamden, as well as several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In keeping with Sandy’s wishes, her body will be cremated, and no services will be held.
