Ruth Marie Halley

Ruth Marie Halley, 71 of Gallipolis, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at her home. She was born on May 22 ,1949, in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of the late Clarence Halley and Lucy Cox Halley.

Ruth is survived by her five sisters: Karen Siders, Arlene Leach, Patricia (Ivan) Beaver, Rosalie (Pete) Beaver, all of Gallipolis, and Christine Montgomery, of Crown City; one brother, James Halley, of Gallipolis, as well as  numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Lou Fitchpatrick, Norma Jean Shaver, and Lula Mae Green; brothers, Everett Halley, Franklin Halley and Paul Halley.

A private family graveside service will be held at Mina Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
