Roland M. Waugh, 79, of Wellston, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022, at the Jenkins Memorial Nursing Home in Wellston, following a short illness. He was born May 25, 1943, in Jackson, son of the late Sam and Mary Hester Vittitoe Waugh. Roland retired from the Athens City School system as a custodian.
In keeping with his wishes, his body will be cremated and no services will be held.
