Penny Green, 59, of Wellston, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at her home. In keeping with Penny’s wishes her body will be cremated and no services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of R.M. Williams Funeral Service in Wellston, who is honored to care for Penny and her family.
