Patsy A. Harris

Patsy A. Harris, 67, of Wellston, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017 at her home. She was born on July 26, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Carl E. and Emily (Gehring) Knox. Patsy enjoyed camping and fishing, but especially loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Spencer; grandchildren, Emily, Mark Tyler, Terry, Mark Anthony, Samantha and Samuel; many great-grandchildren; her brother, Virgil Knox; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Mark Smiar; as well as two brothers, Terry and Michael Knox.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 9, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston, where a funeral service celebrating Patsy’s life will follow at 1:00 p.m.. Burial will be in Byer Cemetery.
