Minnie Sue (Ousley) Kisner

Minnie Sue Kisner, 68, of Chillicothe, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. She was born on June 18, 1952, in McArthur, Ohio, daughter of the late Ed Ousley and Violet Irene Stapleton. Sue was a very caring Person who never met a stranger. She was always happy and wanted to see others happy as well. With her quick wit, and sense of humor she was always able to keep others laughing. In years past, she attended the Wills Chapel Church in Wellston, and recently rededicated her life to Christ. She enjoyed playing Bingo, singing karaoke, and dancing. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandkids. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, Ronnie “Sam” Chapman; grandchildren: Brittany Chapman, Paige Chapman, and Austin Chapman; two great-grandchildren, Jayce and Kennedy; a brother, Rick (Brenda) Ousley; sisters, Judy Haven, Patty (Keith) Cooper, Debbie (Keith) Vickers, and Brenda Leone; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Ousley.

A funeral service celebrating Sue’s life will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston, with Pastor Keith Fulton officiating. Burial will follow in Hamden Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home also on Saturday, one hour prior to services from noon until 1 p.m.
