Lyndsey Brooke Channell, 31, of Wellston, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at the Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. She was born July 7, 1992, in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of Arthur Kent Channell, Jr and Shelley Brooke King, who survive. Lyndsey was a bright young lady who had a huge heart. She was very loving and kind to all those around her including the stray animals that would appear at her home. She always gave them all names and made sure they were cared for. She enjoyed art and crafts, music and concerts, and cosmetology. Most of all, however, she loved her two children and being a mom to them; always making sure they were cared for and always making sure they were happy. A friend to many, she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her loving family: father, Kent (Amie) Channell; mother, Shelley King and stepfather, Todd Norman; daughters; Zia Catherine Anne Channell and Ryver Ranea Faithe Channell; brothers, Michael Channell, Lucas Norman, Noah Norman, Ethan Norman (Lexy), Tim Norman (Lori), and Jeremy Norman; paternal grandparents, Kent and Sherry Channell; maternal grandpa, Dennis O’Connor; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Lyndsey was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Leroy King and Cathy O’Connor; as well as a sister, Savannah Norman; and two brothers, Christopher Channell, and Jacob Norman.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 4 to 6 p.m., in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston.
