Linda M. (Parsons) Brown

Linda M. Brown, 64, of Wellston, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022, at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. She was born December 30, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of William and Elda (Matthews) Parsons, who survive. A Christian by faith, Linda attended World Outreach Church in Wellston when her health permitted. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, and playing Bingo. Linda also was a huge fan of the Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Most of all, however, she loved spending time with her family especially her grandkids. She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, Linda is survived by her husband, Larry; son, Kevin (Stephanie) Casto; daughter, Lindsay (Judd) Meacham; five grandchildren, Taylor, Justin, and Mason Casto, and Jarrett and Baylee Meacham; two brothers, Keith, and Rick (Wendy) Parsons; two sisters, Denise Lambert, and Sandy (Allen) Harper; as well as several nieces and nephews; and special aunt, Sue Williams

She was preceded in death by a brother, Russ Parsons, and her favorite grandma, Mary Matthews.

A funeral service celebrating Linda’s life will be held on Friday, March 11, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston, with Carmen Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgewood Cemetery in Wellston.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home also on Friday two hours prior to the service from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
