Linda J. Chesser, 54, of Hamden, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, at the Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. She was born April 8, 1970, in Lancaster, Ohio, daughter of Gene Mulhern and Minnie (Hollingshead) Salmons, who survive. Linda was a very talented person who enjoyed painting and crafting. She had a love of learning and could often be found researching various topics via the internet, especially holistic medicine. Linda also enjoyed traveling and was always willing to help others in need. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her loving family: parents, Gene Mulhern and Minnie Salmons; husband, Bruce Chesser; children, Seth (Kim McCoy) Graham, Sheila Graham, and Ally Graham; nine grandchildren; best friend and father of her children, Jeff Graham; brothers, Jimmy Mulhern DJ Haythe, and Cody Salmons; sisters, Debbie Brown, Mandy Salmons, and Amber Mulhern; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her children, Shelisa Graham, Brandi Graham, and Jeffrey Graham; a granddaughter, Shelisa Coleman; and a sister, Tammy Mulhern.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 4 to 6 p.m., in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston, where a funeral service celebrating Linda’s life will follow commencing at 6:00 p.m.
