Larkin G. Parker, 79, of Wellston, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at the Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. He was born April 10, 1942, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late James and Irene (Bailey) Parker. Larkin was a man of many talents and could be found doing any number of things over the years including truck driving and owner and operating a jewelry store. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to Bingo, and eating a “Johnny’s Chinese restaurant. He will be missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his son, Glen Parker; daughter Cindy Smith; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Corrina, Loraine, Pamela, Barb, and Evelene; special nephew, John Schneider; as well as several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Larkin was preceded in death by a daughter, Becky Parker, a sister, and an infant brother.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 28, 2022, in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 W. Broadway St., Wellston from 3 to 5 p.m.
