Herbert F. Grant
March 8, 1929 — November 28, 2014
Herbert Grant, 85, of Wellston, passed away Friday, November 28, 2014, at The Four Winds Community. The son of the late Charles W. and Lucy Copas Grant, he was born March 8, 1929, at Wellston. Herb spent his entire life working on his farm.
He is survived by four sisters, Darlene Austin of Wellston, Mary Vance of Akron, Marie Murray of Wellston and Nellie Hensley of Jackson; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Herb was preceded in death by his brothers, Charley, Thomas, T.A., and John; and one sister, Mildred Compston.
A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
