She was a Past President and 50 year member of Joseph Freeman Unit 476 Auxiliary, a Pythian Sister for 30 years, 8/40 officer, a 30 year volunteer award recipient from RSVP, and former board member of Jackson-Vinton Community Action.
She is survived and sadly missed by her six children, Sharon Perdue of LaVerge, TN., Karla and husband, Emile Lambert of Pickerington, Margaret “Peggy” Napper of Gallipolis, Kenneth and wife, Faith Napper, Patty Sorrell, and Patrick Napper, all of the Wilkesville area.; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren; as well as three sisters, four brothers, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Napper, Sr. in June, 1970; and 5 siblings.
