Clarence O. Sheets

Clarence “Charlie” O. Sheets, 75, of Byer, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022, at his home. He was born February 4, 1947, in Frankfurt, Ohio, son of the late Harry and Clara (Haddox) Sheets. Clarence retired from Bellisio Foods. He was a lover of Volkswagen vehicles and enjoyed watching tv and tinkering around the house fixing and repairing things. He will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife, Flora Mae (Cline) Sheets; daughter, Annie Shook (Greg); son, Clarence “Ty” Sheets, II (Samantha); granddaughter, Clara Sheets; sisters, Leona (Paul) Claar, Rickie (Floyd) Cooper, and Trenda Morgan; special cousins; Albert and James “Scratch” Smith; as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by two sisters, Viola Short and Wanda Freeze; and three infant brothers.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 1 to 3 p.m., in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, 120 West Broadway St., Wellston, where a funeral service celebrating Clarence’s life will follow commencing at 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Byer Cemetery.
