Brenda Lee (Goheen) Williams

Brenda Lee Williams, 54, of Wellston, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at the Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. She was born December 29, 1969, in Oak Hill, Ohio, daughter of the late Allen Roy Goheen and Mona (Jarvis) Patterson, who survives. Brenda was a loving person who enjoyed caring for her family and home. She enjoyed watching her favorite television station, T.V. Land, and listening to old time rock and roll and country music. She had a “green thumb” and did very well at growing beautiful house plants. A friend to many, she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Williams; daughter, Sara (Ryan) Burroughs; granddaughter, Aeress Burroughs; mother, Mona Patterson (Timothy Sprague); sisters, Diana Rottersmann and Karen Goheen; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Brenda was preceded in death by a daughter, Allie Goheen; and paternal grandparents, George and Viola Goheen.

In keeping with Brenda’s wishes her body will be cremated. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
