Barbara Jo (Mahle) Henry

Barbara Jo Henry, 66, of Wellston, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born July 13, 1956, in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late William Mahle and Effie Hall Mahle Williams. Barbara enjoyed life to its fullest. She liked being outdoors, taking car rides, and crafting. She also loved decorating for every holiday, collecting jewelry, and spending time with her family. Barb was a kind, gentle, soul who would help anyone in need and will be greatly missed by many.

She is survived by her loving family, husband of 47 years, Bob Henry; daughters, Pamela Doles and Lisa Black; three grandchildren, Christian Black, Mary Jo Doles, and Blaze Doles; one great-grandchild, Ahren Bunnell; two brothers, Bill Mahle, Jr. (Regina) and Roger Gray (Cheryl); sisters, Beverly Arms and Sharon McCord (Bruce); as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Barb was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Andy Doles and brother-in-law, Darin Arms.

In keeping with Barbara’s wishes no public services will be held and her body will be cremated.
