Anthony W Buck

Anthony Wayne Buck, 49, of McArthur, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was born December 31, 1974, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Deana (Langston) Green and Thurman Green, who survives. Anthony was a jack of all trades. His personality could light up any room and he was always sure to have those around him laughing. He enjoyed being outdoors and could often be found hunting mushrooms or ginseng or fishing. He was very fond of finding bargains, especially at area yard sales and flea markets.  He was a hard worker who dearly loved his family and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children, Samantha (Vicente) Cortes, and Roger Buck; grandson, Vicente Cortes, Jr.; sisters, Crystal (Gary) Lilly and Deana Green; father, Thurman Green; significant other and special friend, Pat O’Harra and her daughter, Shannon O’Harra-Werntz; nephews, Gary (Jordan) Lilly and Noah Lilly; great-nieces, Riley and Addilynn; Great-nephew, James; as well as many friends.

In addition to his mother, Anthony was preceded in death by two uncles and his maternal grandmother.

In keeping with Anthony’s wishes his body will be cremated.
