I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

His smile was as broad as the countryside. It swept around a room and included everyone in it. His heart was open to all. He gave to others with every ounce of his being. His humor was prevalent in all situations. I am so proud to have known him. To his family, I extend the deepest of sympathies. This has been a long and arduous journey. You have done all possible. The memories are mammoth but the hurt is larger still. I send prayers
