Dorothy E. Schultz, 82, of New Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the Regional Medical Center in Springfield. She was born November 29, 1941, in Wellston, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Loudermilk) Norris.
